Crashing on launch with patch

Is anyone else having trouble logging in? It started to download this patch, but now it just gets to the launch window, starts to download something, gets about 86% of the way, then vanishes. It often will blink out but come back in with patches, but this time it just vanishes and is gone. Anyone else? Windows 10 Asus laptop here.

Restart your computer, then run LotroLauncher.exe from a new shortcut as administrator.
