There should be more talk of Farmer Sandson amongst some of the NPCs, especially M.Delving or Waymeet. It's way to easy to completely bypass his farm because no quests direct you to go there.

Perhaps after getting the first Bounder quest in M.Delving, the Sherriff could suggest going over there. Maybe something like, "Farmer Sandson thought he heard some wolves rustling about his prized chicken coops, as your first order of official Bounder duty, could you go over and talk to him? Blah, blah,(directions to Sandson Farms).

After arriving, Farmer Sandson could say they managed to run the wolves off but since you're here, I have this delivery....etc, etc

That introduces Sandson Farms into the flow more directly without disturbing the flow of any other quests.
