    Yah seriously that was a good assessment from what I've seen the burgs I run with do. Unfortunately the RNG does seem to hate certain people more than others -- add that wii flag theory to the issues with resists and some folks could be very very frustrated.

    No offence to the developer in the first post, but if what we're seeing in the ettenmoors amounts to a resist rate capping out at 10%, I'll eat my hat. I'd say closer to 30%.

    10% vs on-level normal mobs. Creeps are not normal mobs. They can trait for higher resistance rates. WAI.
