    account stolen by turbine???

I changed my password some weeks ago and turbine asked me the congirmation. i give it but turbine sen me an email asking me all my life (of course for security).
the reality is that I can not connect because they changed my password and they do not give me the new after sending all the required information. I can see this is a robbery?or must i wait till they want to connect??
is this within the law or is reportable?

    redgards

(need to sign with my real name??? my id card?? creditcard number?? cat name?? mother and girlfirend name??)

I can change my password without having to be questioned???

or is this a scam??' they send me a mail from YourService@turbine.com and ask me all this

Username that you use to log into the game
First and last name on the account
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file
Name of the credit card holder
    The billing address
The current email address on file
    Your date of birth
The product key you used to create the account
The name of at least one character on the account
The server the character is on

It sounds to me like you got Phished. That email was probably NOT from Turbine. What makes me think this is I change my password regularly and they NEVER ask for all that. Someone happened to send you a phishing email the same time you did the Password change and you gave all your information to a hacker.

    1. Contact Turbine by phone and tell them you think your account may have been stolen.
2, Check your machine for viruses/keyloggers/malware just to be safe
    3. Change the associated email and passwords on any site you used the same ones for that you used for your turbine account.

Good luck to you I hope you can get this solved.

I strongly suggest you call account support immediately. We do not send emails of this type to players, ever.

No email from Turbine will ever ask you for the information you listed.

Again, I urge you to call support immediately.
