Lottery winnings missing?

I took part in "The lottery of the One of Five" that ended yesterday.

According to the lottery page some of my characters have actually won. *yay free fireworks*

So I've logged in with all characters that have won the lottery on Laurelin and Windfola. However I can't seem to find the winnings anywhere...

I assume they are supposed to be sent throught the ingame mail, like they we're used to with the old lottery system.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Is there maybe a delay with the winnings being sent?

I guess I must be in bad luck and I fear filing a ticket will do me no good!

The known issues post made by Sapience starts with:

A word about Lottery Support
Please do not contact GMs, Tech support, or customer service if you experience an issue with the lottery. They will be unable to assist you with any lottery related issues. Items lost, misdirected or sent to ineligible characters cannot be replaced, restored, or moved to other characters.

So I hope Sapience can add missing lottery winnings to the list of known issues soonish!

It's not that I want my missing winnings. I'm just wondering if this means all future lottery winnings will go missing...

I'd better keep my fingers crossed and see what happens with today's lottery!

Never log a support ticket as it will simply be closed. Support cannot assist with lottery issues. They never have been able to and we cannot replace lost, missing, or misdrected lottery winnings.

Sorry guys, that's one thing that hasn't changed.

heh, figures i'd win the beta test but the actual stuff? nah, not to much. at least that hasn't changed.
