I suspect he meant he'd love to see what lotteries he missed.

Yeah, don't hold your breath for that... if Sapience continues to run short lotteries, that would probably quadruple the number of complaints people have (because they could actually see 20+ lotteries in the past 6 weeks, realizing that they'd missed over 90% of them).

Of course, I expect he'll continue to receive a steady stream of complaints about "no lotteries" or "missed lotteries" until the ones they run last at least a full day.
