stuck on loading screen

One of my toons on Dwarrowdelf is stuck on the loading screen, I was going into an instance for a quest in eaves of fangorn when the instance was loading I got connection to server is lost. When I logged back into my account my toon won't load and I get the same thing it sits on loading and then connection to server is lost again.

i have every day this sh1t happening, charackter stuck in the game, no movement, but chat is working.. and when relogged,cant connect to this charackter in about 15-30 mins until it unstuck. Told about this bug a few months ago, but no response at all.
