    In the Beacon it says:
    • The Harvestmath Festival has been extended by another week! This seasonal event now runs through November 11th.

    Note the "THROUGH" there. That indicates it is active the whole of 11th and ends on server reset to the 12th, so why is Twitter (according to fatefoot) saying differently ???
    I'd go with it ending one week after it was originally ending. That would mean the 12th at 3am Eastern.
    There is a reason we asked for exact times rather than relying on "to" or "through". The wording always causes problems.

    If you want to assume an extra day because of that word, just don't complain if you did not buy all the items you wanted to buy.

    Question

    Acctually it's even more confusing. Even on Twitter I do find 2 different Tweets saying different things.

    Posted on the 2nd of November:

    @lotro
    2 nov.

    The Harvestmath Festival was extended earlier this week, and is available through November 12th! We hope you are enjoying this year's event. #LOTRO

    Then posted on the 9th of November:

    @lotro
    9 nov.

    This is the FINAL WEEKEND of the Harvestmath Festival for the year! We hope you have enjoyed this year's event. Available in-game through November 11th. #LOTRO

    Note the differences "THROUGH the 12th" then next tweet "THROUGH the 11th".

    Then we have The Beacon Issue 135 on this official site saying:

    • The Harvestmath Festival has been extended by another week! This seasonal event now runs through November 11th.

    Again saying "THROUGH the 11th"

    Meaning it should be up all monday and end on Tuesday 12th at 3 AM EST when servers reset.

    So which is it ???

    Yeah but then we have alot of people in-game saying Sunday is the last day. Then again I rarely take what's said in chat as Gospel.

    Maybe worth making a post in general forum that more people visit in hopes to get a reply befoe it's too late.

    All this confusion is why I always finish, at the latest, the day prior to the earliest SSG advertised date. In this case, the earliest advertised date was the 11th so I was finished on Sunday the 10th. I consider yesterday a bonus day. If it had really been "through Nov 12" (turning off Nov 13 at 3am server time), then it would've been another bonus day.

    And yes, if SSG had posted somewhere "through Nov 10th" (which they apparently didn't) then I would've finished on Saturday the 9th just to be safe even though it's highly unlikely they'd intentionally turn off a festival in the middle of a weekend.

    Same here usually.

    However this time I wanted to prepare 4 accounts to test the reported elusive "figment reward bug". Since that required at least 3 days to complete 3/3 of a wrapper to be able to hand in a 1.000 figment reward I wanted to be sure if it was even worth continuing that. As it were, i was able to at least set up 3 of the 4 accounts in time and test it just before the festival went down. I could not recreate the bug and the Figment rewards worked correctly as they should.

    To be honest we have not yet had time to put together our 2020 calendar, but it is on the list of things to do. For the Producer's Letter, we have not stated any ETA.

    It's ok Cord, there's still plenty time for both! December has just started...

    Pls, don't forget about Istvana's question regarding the VIP event for the 27th.

    Thank you for reminding me. The date is a bit unusual, but was done as part of an internal justification in order to offer the bonus for a longer period of time than usual. Additionally, there will be a +10% Virtue XP boost going on, so for various messaging reasons we'll keep it starting on a Friday.

    Also, I will be adding that Virtue XP boost and maybe another thing to the calendar today.

    Thank you for the reply. I have no objection whatsoever to the date but I really had thought there was at least a 50-50 chance it wasn't entirely accurate.

    The Event Schedule has been updated. We have not yet rolled out our 2020 events, but will get that to you before the day comes. Additional note that we have extended the Yuletide Festival by a day due to today's extended downtime.

    Thanks for the Yule fest extension. I think that it is a fair compensation for the 1 day last due to maintenance. I hope that i can install the patch soon enough.
