Quest : The Overgrown Vineyard

Hello everyone!

For anyone looking to complete this quest, there's a prerequisite to finish it, you need to finish the Warg quest that Mother Amma give you before you can find the Vineyard.

Also the quest tracker is sending you the wrong way. You need to go to 39.9S 119.9W, which is right beside the pool after you cross the bridge from the dwarf camps.

Thanks to Pocketmint from Landroval for the help on this, apparently it took him 2 hours to find the spot!

It works, try to relog. I reloged multiple times for all Vineyard quests that are bugged as hell, and worked after some relogs

Having the same issue.

I relogged multiple times, once on each side of the area, then ran through the entire place again - nothing.

I'm pretty sure I've done all the quests leading up to it since everything I have now leads to the next camp.

If anyone has another trick on getting this working, please post here.

I just logged back in for the first time today, ported nearby, tried again - still no luck.

Those who were able to complete this after relogging, where did the quest complete for you?
Was it at the coordinates given in this thread, or was it where the quest marker shows on the map? The quest marker for me seems to be at the corner between a dividing wall and the pillared area.

The cords that was listed (39.9S 119.9W), as soon as you cross the bridge, i camped out and logged back in next to the pool.

i got it to work finally. basically i got frustrated by not being able to complete the quest so i gave up, went crafting in bree, logged out for the night. logged back in the next day, used milestone skill back to the northern camp of clovengap, then just followed the path south, got down the stairs into the vineyards, then about halfway, between all the saber tooths, it finally procced the quest.

I dont know if this will help anybody else but this is what happened to me to finish the quest.

Now of course I'm still stuck because the NPC Gerja is not there ... But I'm one step closer than before!

FYI, the NPC Gerja Defthand who is needed for turning in this quest has been missing for me all this time except for this quest ring on the minimap.

I finally figured it out: Follow the Vineyard quest all the way through (i.e. discover the fallen rock), THEN he finally shows up where the ring shows, and you can turn in all quests.

Hopefully, this will help someone else...

A bit North of here, there was another NPC that was not where it was supposed to be. For that one, I traveled until I was one floor lower, and the NPC was inside the wall and just barely within reach. I don't remember the NPC name...

About discovering the vineyard:

A friend reported that when he tried this while in a group, only one person got credit for the discovery!

After multiple attempts, what finally worked for me was logging out on the stairs on the north side of the vineyard, 39.1S, 120.0W. After logging back in I ran south into the vineyard and about half way through it the quest advanced. This is definitely one of the buggier ones.
