    Housing Neighborhoods and Transfers

As Anor is coming to a close, a server survey that a kinnie did indicates that many Anorians and their kinships will be relocating to Landroval. I have been watching the neighborhoods on Landroval, particularly Belfalas Kinship Islands (which my kinship currently enjoys on Anor) and Mead Halls (which I own) and there have been none available for weeks. There is a prevailing thought that as population increases to a certain server due to a transfer that new neighborhoods with these houses will automatically spawn. Does anyone know if this is true? I'm not looking forward to transferring my kin's island kinhouse and three personal houses (1 a Mead Hall) and all of it's housing items and storage and not having like properties to buy and deposit all these items. We will do what we must, but it would be really disappointing to settle to other properties.

That is why i enjoy Gladden. It is not overpopulated but have a healthy number of players. It still have plenty houses of all kinds too. & the best part is that people are friendly there.

Landroval is well-known for the house decorators. In one of the housing contests, the majority were located on that server: https://forums.lotro.com/forums/show...t=#post8045385

I might not have been there for the release of Belfalas houses, but I was definitely there for Rohan and Erebor release. Mead Halls & Geode Houses were bought up every time they opened a new neighborhood. They did this incremental, about three neighborhoods at a time, for hours the whole day. It got so bad that our neighborhoods went beyond the listed names and were defaulting to TBA neighborhoods. This was later fixed in a patch: https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Upd...ruary_23,_2022.

I have heard a bunch of different things regarding the neighborhoods. I heard that a certain percentage of all the houses need to be bought, like 65%. I've heard that there is a limit on the total number of neighborhoods. I heard you can ask for them to manually open more. I honestly have no idea if any of this is true.

    Good Luck...

So, I tried it. I liquidated all my assets on Anor, moved my kit to Landroval.

All the Rohan deluxe housing is indeed taken.

I put in a help ticket. To the team's credit, I got an answer after several days.

But, but the answer was, in essence:

"Sorry, you're out of luck. But feel free to camp the housing broker just in case a house opens up."

You're rolling the dice when you move.

    Great, thanks team.
