Did not see this is in the update notes but my level 36 Champion now has Fear Nothing! Wiki says you don't get this until 46. Not sure if this was an update or bug.

It wasn't in the release notes but was added to Bullroarer Preview #3: https://forums.lotro.com/forums/show...-Beta-3-CLOSED
"Champions now earn the skill 'Fear Nothing' at level 18."
