I was on a non guilded toon today on Ark, didn't try to talk to anyone. Often though when I try to use WC chat is down.

They finally fixed it this morning, as it works now. No acknowledgement or anything, I guess they just decided Arkenstone no longer needs chat in the weekends. Originally Posted by CasualActual
