Raise a banner of the Haban'akkâ of Thráin at Rung-shakam, but I do not seem to find a place where this banner should be raised.

I was there und saw a banner standing in a heap of stones; it seems to be exactly exact the position, where the map shows you the flag of rung shakam, when you have discovered it.
Maybe you haven t activated the shortcut to select the nearest item (del ???? + U)
