This unique game has been my lifeline since pre-Turbine and I dislike having to post queries like this, but have the GMs been withdrawn from Evernight??

Members of my family coming back in to the game have been waiting over 10 days for a GM response to requests to undelete chars. Previously the wait for undeletes was 2 or 3 days maximum and has always been very helpfully and efficiently dealt with.

Note that I do not in any way blame the GMs, but am anxious to have clarification of the current situation.
