The customer service from this game is lacking......
I've called the GM for help in this game about a dozen times and they have only helped me once (to enter the CD castle because of the previous CD bug). There usually MO is to say in some many words, "Sorry I can't help you" or "Complete a bug report" and then they leave....
Some issues I've called GMs for include:
*DD 3rd Boss would not reset.
*16th Hall 2nd Chest would not open after we killed the boss and the GM would not/could not open the chest for us.
*On forming a 2nd turtle raid some one with raid locks entered the turtle building transferring their raid locks to the other 11 people who had had not done the raid.
and more......
When you spend an hour or more in an instanced and get screwed because of a bug then I want something besides a 'sorry, I can't help you' followed by their robot-like reply, 'Is there anything else I can help you with?'
Why not compensated players for their wasted time with in-game items.
Such as:
*A stack of Loth Waybread
*A stack of K-Copper Ore
*A stack Hope tokens
*Khuzdul tablets
*Relic
*Rune
*5000 destiny points
or other items.....
It is not fun to get screwed over by in-game bugs...
I'm not happy with being an unpaid software QA analyst completing bug reports...
I want to be compensated for my lost time with in-game items that take time to get.
Give the GMs the ability to make the customers happy...
