Returning Hunter: Gear Suggestions for PvMP?

So I've taken a few long breaks from LoTRO and have returned once again. I left before Moria, came back after, did most of the solo quests, got to 60, but never did any of the group content. Took another break after that and then just came back again recently.

I'm level 62 now and finishing up exploring Lothlorien. I'm mostly interested in gearing up for some PvMP and not all that worried about trying to do group content. Do yo you guys have any suggestions on what gear to go for? Didn't Turbine change it so that Radiance didn't have any effects outside of the group instances? Are the Radiance armor sets still the best armor? Any ideas/advice appreciated!

When you get to 65 spam SG until you get two Bregloch earings. Best rcrit and morale possible for the slot. Also from there is a +70 vitality ring, Ril-Mir. (I still use Insidious Cuffs and Amber Rings for the Moors, but the Amber is alot harder to get than a Ril-Mir)

Armor-wise, radiance means zilch-o in moorsville, so go for AGI/VIT/morale stacks. I recommend the great bow set for the additional -30 sec on NH cooldown, though.

Cape/Pocket I use best + stealth. However, check the AH for a Hammer Mark cloak. It's +2 stealth, but also +1 stealth *Detect*. It's probably just pure placebo, but I love stacking + detect as high as possible.

I think the Miner's locket pocket item has +2 stealth on it, and the stats aren't too terrible to live with for the moors. It seems to give me and edge when paired up with the +2 stealth cloak.

I'm not geared up yet as I just hit 65 but I use the charm with the cloak of the greyhammer and I've had creeps run right thru me when I was lvl 62-63 so the stealth lvl helps
