Return of the Lotteries Lottery!

Glad to see the lotteries are on their way back! Many of us missed them when they were stopped. Most of the ppl I know didn't really care what the winning contents were, just the fun with "luck of the draw" and seeing the mail when you logged on. Right on Turbine!!!!

first I heard it was back was here saying it was over.

Lotteries are back (or in the process of coming back anyway), but this specific lottery is over- it had to be or no one would have won, as picking winners essentially ends a lottery; this last lottery was only a small test anyway.

There will be more in the future though, just be on the lookout for them
