Since you are rank 10, you won't need to use your TP to buy Thrash and Mutilation (Your skills). Anyone rank 10+ will have access to all their skills (Not traits).

Traits are what you'll be using your TP on, which will most likely be the hamstring trait.

I was told that once you get r10 you can buy those through the store, are you sure you just get them from the trainer for dp?

You can get your skills, once you hit rank 10, either through the stores (If you feel like giving turbine money), or buy them with DP through your creep trainer. There's a dev post about it somewhere, but I will need to look it up, and it might take quite a while, heh.
