Can't find Dala for the Rohan Awaits quest

Yes I paid money to get a "super" bugged game that Turbine will not fix. The quest chains are incomplete or something else. So I guess I will just uninstall this game and accept that I got a piece of &&&& online game. They are turning out like all the other online games, once they get your money they do not care to support their work. They knew there was some serious bugs,glitches in the game but still put out a faulty game. Just take your money and run......

I did not know about having to start in Inner Caras Galadhon to follow the quest line that leads to ROR (until after searching the internet). Instead I went directly to Langhold, spoke with Dala and completed his quest chain. Then I went back to Inner Caras Galadhon to complete the quest line that brought me back to Dala. Now I am unable to talk with Dala, get a warsteed, or proceed with Book 8 Ch 1 "War Steed from the Wold". Anybody else with this problem? Am I SOL?

I'm also stuck at Book 8, Chapter 1 and can't talk to Dala and even not to the guy in Harwick to learn about war steeds.

I did start with the epic book in Caras Galadhon. But because of the known issue, that the "Rohan awaits"-quest cannot be completed in certain circumstances, I completed it and did the Langhold quest chain befor ending Book 7.

So no war steed for me until this gets fixed... And there comes an old goat to mind... So this will take a while...

Edit: Just found this post. In my case this solved my problem, because I actually was in the middle of the quest arc. Langhold was not destroyed yet, so I simply completed the chain and the epic book went on.

Yes that's right, real money wasted because someone didn't think through the possible issues. We had it with Isengard and we have it again now.

To whit..

Those of us who for whatever reason did not buy the Expansion immediately, but did take the opportunity to do the Epic are rendered unable to complete the initial stages of the Rohan quest line (Rohan Awaits).

While I expect this will eventually be fixed, it will mean I and those like me will be unable to complete the Rohan Deeds, and will be missing a part of the area's story line.

Not Impressed, I would have thought the development team would have learned the lesson of hiding quest givers too soon from isengard.

And my concern now is that if I carry on anyway skipping these quests, will I break something else in the mean time?....
