Updated to everyone who has posted through Arbalister. By my count we'll have 30 as of this moment. We're close to eclipsing Orlando's total.

Of course, that means we'll have to roll out the Extra Life box as well and see if you guys can top their $171.00 in donations at their meet up.

For those that aren't aware, I took a small box to both our Pax East party and to the Orlando meet and greet for cash donations. Everything was put into my extra life page under ANONYMOUS donors, but credit was given to the location of the meet and greet. PAX generated $250 from about 300 in attendance, Orlando $171 from 32 in attendance.

I, Shinigamiduo, will be attending and not just because I'll be driving my bro (Nimninthiel) and his g/f (Tinnurien) :P An XL sweater should fit me well enough. Can't wait to meet up with fellow LOTRO players and the great Sapience.

Wow, so we're now up to 37 by my count with about a week to go before I have to cut off the size requests.

Llvhearthen, you may want to let the folks at the Anchor Bar know they're about to be invaded.

Just a reminder to all, drinks and food are up to you, I'm bringing swag.

If you're coming from a great distance, bring some way to prove it (a Driver's license, passport, whatever). I'll make it worth your while.

    Laying down the Challenge

Now that we're at nearly 40 people, I'm laying down a challenge.

At PAX Prime we collected $250 for Extra Life in cash donations from attendees at our party in Boston.
At the Orland Meet up we collected $171, Almost $50 over the goal for the event.

I've put a challenge up on my Extra Life page for the collection box total in Buffalo. $150. That's less than $5 per person into the cash box. At this point, if everyone simply brought a $5 bill we'd hit $185 without a problem. I bet we can hit $200. In fact, I bet Buffalo can show Boston (Home of our PAX Prime Party) how it's done. ( I mean it's not like the Bills or Sabres are going to beat a Boston team any time soon...so someone has to step up!)

If you don't know what extra life is, here's the info: http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?...cipantID=45752

You guys up there are gonna have such a blast. I know we rocked it down here in Orlando are and are salivating for Sapience to trek back this way for another meet up.

Also as he said bring some questions. i was interesting to sit there and watch him answer everything he could and drop some hints at things to come. Dont be afraid to make them hard either.

To the person coming from London, if the prize you get for longest distance is as good as thhe Orlando prize Congratulations. Trust me when I say it is Epic.

    Have fun guys

You might be right, but Buffalo native Patrick Kane sure is doing a number on the Bruins in the finals.

Sadly, I can't make it since I'll be out of town visiting family on that particular weekend. Best of wishes and enjoy the trip, though!

Why are you vacationing in Buffalo? Come to London, I bet we could top $1000 for Extra Life!

My goodness, this thread has exploded - looks like there's going to be lots of peeps in Buffalo after all. Cool!

It's currently looking like my schedule will allow me to attend, so I'm going to go ahead and request a Large hoodie. I'll see you all in a little over a week!

    So, funny story...

Better half is from the area. Her mother still lives there. However, her mother is actually from England (High Wycombe if memory serves) and keeps asking us if we'd go with her the next time she travels to visit family. If that happens, and this is still a really slim chance at the moment due to costs (which for 3 people are crazy high unless you own a B&B in which case let me know!), I will make every effort to let as many folks know as possible and make sure we do something similar.

    LAST CALL!

I'm pulling SWAG tomorrow (July 2) at NOON EASTERN. If I don't have your name and size by then I won't be able to pull items for you. So speak now or forever envy everyone else!

    Might it be possible

Since ye do not go up to 5x, I was wondering if you might be willing to let Sparklicity have a XL Hoodie. Just askin'.

I originally put down for an XL for the sweatshirt size..but if you still having any 2XLl that would be a better choice if they run small. Thank you. Looking forward to my first meet up.
