    LOTRO Store and Helm's Deep UI show that I do not have Helms Deep

    Title says it all. I pre-ordered and I have all of my cosmetic and my bonus XP items, but the Store says I can still purchase with TP and the Helm's Deep UI shows that I need to unlock it. I WAS able to enter Helm's Deep using the Instance Finder.

    Anyone else encounter this?

    Got the same problem!

    I paid for the Premium Edition. Got all the pre-order rewards last week. But cannot enter any Epic Battles. All say I need to unlock it!

    I did get the email and just finished the Epic Battle training mission.

    This appears to be a display issue and an issue with the Epic Battles UI. You can access Epic Battles through the Instance finder without any issues if you've purchased HD.

    You have access, there is just inaccurate information in the Epic Battle UI.

    Nope! When I open Instance Finder I have a store icon Next to Helms Deep, so when I click it the LOTRO Store opens.

    So it seems altho I bought HD Premium Edition, got the pre-order items, the expansion itself doesn't seem to be Applied to my account!

    A lot of People ingame have this issue! So the OP and me are definitely not the only one!

    SAPIENCE, This does not work for me. I cannot even access it through the instance finder. It opens the Lotro Store, and asks me to purchase the expansion, even though I purchased it FOUR weeks ago.

    EDIT: Instance Finder main menu is bugged too!

    You have to go to the "Specific" TAB and Select Helms Deep instance.

    Then it Works! Just that the instance servers are full currently.
