Thanks for ruining defiler store skins

I bought the blue skin with spikes on it, you know the new skin that looked badass? Now today I see my skulled mordor orc is back to the old BDSM looking trash skin the store used to have. How can I go about getting my TP back and is the new Morgul Shaman skin in the store the REAL skulled mordor orc skin from before?

I sure as hell didn't pay for this BDSM abomination of a skin that I have now...

Same thing for my reaver. I only bought the shop skin because of its new appearance and now it is changed back to the old one.

Wow I have to give credit where it's due. I was very upset making this thread and was not expecting to almost immediately have my TP refunded without even having to contact customer support. Harmonixer, you have made a great impression on me with Turbine's support. Thank you for handling it more calmly than I did. xD

I hope everyone else who had the switcheroo pulled on them can get help as easily as I did. Thank you once again.

I'd like to have it too if possible, i bought the WL store skin(whipmaster one) when it was changed to a White Hand one, and now i'm stuck with something i didn't want and didn't spend TP for.

For anyone wondering where the skin I'm talking about in the first post has gone, it seems like it's missing from the game now. Here are the two defiler skins in the store right now, which are pretty much *exactly* the same. Please, please, pleeeeease bring the old skin back. Why do we need two of the same thing? I really, really hope the Morgul Shaman is a mistake and will be changed back to the one wearing blue with curved tusks.

Hi Annaliel! I'm sorry it happened to you too--the issue is that the skins released with 16.1 were actually bugged with different appearances than intended. They got fixed with 16.2, hence why they look different now. The appearances you saw prior should have gone out as well, but something wonky happened. They should go out with the next update.

As far as getting a TP refund for the appearance you have now (that, admittedly, is not the skin that you intended to purchase), please submit a ticket through support.turbine.com and they'll be able to take care of this for you (Being QA, I can't assist directly). We should hopefully be able to get the proper skins out to you guys soon.

Got a refund for my reaver skin but not for my warleader. Support said they couldn't find the warleader skin transaction but I'm running around in the very skin as I type this. Oh well 1 out of 2 ain't bad.
