    Unhappy World Transfer

Ok. The transfer worked. And in escrow I had the cash to buy the new kin house, same location I might add. and upgraded my personal house with the funds, but where is all my stuff? That I am frustrated about. a lot of what was there were trophies won or made from quest. As well as created works. Where are they, where did they go, did they transfer? Someone please let me know if I have to do it all over again. And the special ones cannot be replaced, cause you cannot repeat some of those quest.

    Thanks,
    Olaf

Check your house chest, first tab/main chest should have decoration items.

I appreciate the thought. But that did not work. Both Kin house and personal house are devoid of any contents in chest.

    Check the bank

Check your bank account. Worth a shot.

Well it was worth checking again... But no. There are things from quest that are no longer active, that I grinded up to 100 to get.. It took 4 years to fill those 2 houses with unique stuff. The rest of the kin have not transferred yet either, now we have an empty house.

    Try the "Shared Items Transfer".

I was under the impression that all decorations and all items in my housing chest would merge with my housing items on landroval since I was moving the house owner. When I went to check I could not find my items at the escrow broker or in my housing chest on Landroval. I then switched to Arkenstone and low and behold all my lost items were in the Escrow on Arkenstone... bad news is most of it now says "Bound to Unknown Player". I am wondering how to fix this as I don't want to move my shared storage or Wardrobe .... I'm not sure if I should transfer back? Do you guys recommend making a support ticket out? Anyways I wanted to let you all know. My fiance is having the same problem, though he has not checked the Arkenstone Escrow yet.

    1. You can move your character back and you should be able to reclaim your items.
    2. Transfer your actual account and not just the characters. If you transfer the account you then should see your items on the correct server.

This new checkbox in the World Transfer interface will allow the transfer of all account level items that are shared between your characters on a world from one world to another. These items include the following:

o Account Shared Currency (Mithril Coins & Skirmish )
    o Shared Storage
    o Housing Storage
    o Wardrobe
    o Destiny

The Shared Items Transfer will always be a free service and will be available even if you have moved all characters off of a world, just in case you moved a character and left some account level items behind."

I'm thinking in order for the house and its bought storage to transfer you need to chose both to move the owner of the house and to mark the checkbox to move all account items. Meaning you can't break out the house and its storage but leave the wallet and marks behind or move the house and storage to one world with the house owner and the wallet to another world.

Doing both of these will move the house with the owner. But this is just a surmise. ...

Are you missing all of your housing items or just some? Did you do a Shared Items transfer or just a character transfer? If you did not do the Shared Items transfer then you will need to go back into the transfer wizard and transfer the Shared Items either on it's own or with another character. The housing items often show up in the Shared Storage section of the bank. Is your inventory or bank full? Then the items might be in overflow which means you have to delete or move items so that you have room for the overflow items to appear in storage.

If some items showed, but others did not, were they bound items? If so they will be in the inventory or bank of the character they were bound to.

If none of these suggestions are the solution, please open a ticket with customer support and they can look into the situation.

Many Thanks.... That did it. Actually went back and the only thing available to transfer was shared storage. It took everything from Kin house and personal house and threw them into the personal house chest. Much appreciated!

Hi! I am interested in this issue because it happened to me as well. Transfer as such from FF to Landy went very smooth but none of the furniture items in the house arrived, but the rest of the staff did. So, to clarify: You transferred your house owner back to FF put all items in the house in the chest and like this it worked out?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

No just hit the Transfer button again, select the old server, the Share Items, and transfer them to the new server. (You can't transfer to a closing server at all.) What happens is items get sent to shared, but it already went, so do it again.

    Unhappy Lost?!?!

I would also like to say that I have lost all the things that were in my Houses. Stuff that is no longer available because I did the Quests for them ages ago. There is no 'Escrow' option at the bank/vault keeper & the Escrow Broker is Broken, meaning I can't interact with them.

Thank you, that did the trick! All items and furniture turned up in the chest in my house on the new server. The escrow brooker thing, however, did not work.

Anyhow, as far I am concerned, the transfer has been successfully concluded!
