He posted a workaround in one of the forums: https://www.lotro.com/forums/showthr...05#post7632705

Seems there's an issue with his account.

    Edit: Three of you.^^

Edit: So we're just supposed to post in there? Is it private?

At least now you get a clear message indicating that your mail won't be seen or replied to. That's actually an improvement.
There was no such warning when sending PMs to the last CM, although the end result was always the same.

(I think the disconnect just occurred a little further along in the process...)

Yeah, unfortunately my inbox is not working correctly. It's not actually full, given there's nothing in it, but it is just plain broken for me. I can send PMs, but not receive them. We're looking into it. In the meantime, use this forum link to send me a private message, or get in touch with me through Twitter or Facebook.

It's private in that I've set the forum so that no one sees anyone else's posts, and all threads are moderated. Since I can read moderated posts (and would be the one to approve them, were that the plan), I can read your stuff. Getting back in touch with you involves me PMing you, although I realize that means you can't reply back without creating a new thread. This isn't ideal, but is a temporary hack while we figure out what's up.

I know this is sarcasm but you could always have the option of having your emails confirmed read/received so nothing has actually changed there. I know people with unread emails from 2013 when the Yule Fest contest was still active. They submitted the captions for the first two winning entries which two other people ended up getting credit for.

Can you at least let me know if you received it? I got a quick message and then got booted back to the inbox. Also, I'd rather not post anything too personal to the forums unless I were able to edit out that information.

Oh dear, you poor thing. "Methinks", that is the expression being used around here is it not? "Methinks"?

Anyway, "methinks" you misunderstand our intentions. My hubbie and I do not wish to make appeals or apologize to anyone for our behaviour. That is not what this is about. After all, I'm sure we are just as delighted as all of you must be to see Cordovan here. We feel his presence here on these forums is long overdue and about time don't you? It's about time we had a bit of law and order around the place. I assure you my hubbie is off fighting his battles elsewhere in the real world, using the name his mother gave him, against even bigger bullies than what we have here. Please do not worry about me or my husband, our concerns are not your concerns but your constant prying into our personal affairs does leave me feeling a bit disconcerted.
