    Middle-earth Feedback: Gauradan

    The Gauredain, or Wolf-men, are fierce followers of the Witch-king of Angmar and hold an ancient affinity for the Wolves of the North. These savage men use their fearsome behavior to terrify their prey, though even more terrifying is the rumor that they eat flesh…any flesh…

    So, this is a Berephon question mainly, I guess, but where'd that name come from?

    Gaur = Wolf
    Edain = Men

    Ah ha! Sindarin. Sorry, was totally failing to recognize 'gaur', and I hadn't looked it up.

    In that case, they didn't actually spell it wrong. Gauradan would be the singular, Guaredain the plural.

    You did a good job on the Gauredain, they fit very well in Evendim. I have to say they can be pretty annoying especially if you die fighting them but other than that, nice to see some variety every once and a while because you know, slaying boars, wolves and brigands may get tiresome.

    The link in the post doesn't work, also... are you looking to change this? I'm not sure why you are asking for feedback from 60 levels ago

    Edit: Never mind, this is necro from 9 years ago....

    They dont. The initial post is from 2007. Somebody cast "Raise Dead" on this topic.
