Does this essence have any effect at this point?
I last heard that it is bugged nowadays. I'm not sure why or how, as I haven't bothered testing it myself. It always seemed like a rather "meh" essence to me since the uptime is so short compared to the proc chance, and the Incoming Healing buff is only 5%.
