Emotes: great fun or weapon at the hand of the idiots

The option for turning off grief emotes has never worked properly. Some grief emotes bypass it entirely.

Really? Which emotes? I turn off involuntary emotes for all of my characters and only ever see "Immune". Haven't ever seen a forced emote bypass that setting.
