If I did that, I wouldn't have time to test anything else. Besides, I would bet a bunch of peoples' pet peeves are already logged as bugs in our system or work as intended/can't be fixed/won't fix because it would take too much work, etc.

Yeah, I like the old ones that look like an actual map and have some cool art on them, sort of like Tolkien's maps. The satellite ones aren't as good.

I also get the blank Gondor map when I Zoom out.

The map I'm most disappointed with is the current Gondor region map.

Where are the POIs like other maps? It's blank. You have to hover over where you think something is to get a compass rose to click on.

Is this map in the game and I'm not finding it? Its on the Wiki, so it must be somewhere. It looks official.

The upper map is from the Beta of Update 14 - June of 2014. ((u14b1)

The lower map from the Wiki is dated October 2014. (UPdate 15 Build 1)
Originally "snapped" from the Mac Client, at 2,438 × 1,339 and then from the PC client at 1,024 × 768

Neither Map is the current in-game map of Gondor. Guess we should update it.

By 'actual map,' I mean a map that looks like an actual map that would have been used by people in Middle-earth. So, less satellite images and more parchment with simple artwork, please.

For the people who have the blank Gondor map, how did you install your client? Steam, Play Instantly (PC/Mac), or Download (PC/Mac)? If you downloaded it another way, please mention which one

I did a regular download from the website. PC. Last one was 2013 when I got a new computer. Kept on SSD, if that matters.

Mine is downloaded to my PC, I also have the same issue on my bullroarer client, I put in a ticket months ago about this.
