Is it OK to share the rewards with friends? e.g. if I had two picks from the list could I have two of the same steed and give one code to a friend?

Also, if choosing a forum title is it from a set list or can you make up your own unique one?

Totally fine to give out any of the codes you get. You get to make up your own unique forum title, within common sense guidelines about forum rules.

I deliberately don't make a promise on a when, as this is mostly done during off-hours in the evenings. That said, I am (so far) ahead of previous years in keeping up with my spreadsheet, so hopefully I can start getting some things out soon. I will update people when I start.

In the past, since we're talking about dozens of winners, I hadn't published the list. That said, I'm not opposed to it.

I am hoping to get at least some if not most of people's incentives taken care of prior to the end of the drive, but that depends a lot on my free time in the evenings. If all goes well my plan is to start getting things sent out later this week. So far it's all been inbound rather than outbound.

just a quick question. I donated and sent a PM with the information needed to Cordovan. Not sure if i did sth. wrong (i used the private message tab on the top left corner and sent it to "Cordovan") but i cannot see my message in the "sent messages" folder. Anyone else having this problem or can you tell me what i might have done wrong?

EDIT: after i checked my account settings on this forum i think i found the solution to my problem. There is an option that you create a copy of you sent messages in your "Sent Items" folder, which was not activated. Maybe someone can confirm this?

I am working to get everyone's information, and expect to send out incentives over the next couple of weeks. I will probably do the drawings on Monday the 18th. Thank you everyone!

I have the same Problem but i didn't see my sended message. There just standing: Unconfirmed Private Message Receipts. I don't know if Cordovan have got my message or read it. :-/

I have now gone through the list and as of right now have everyone's info for everything. The plan is to start turning things around and get things fulfilled next week. Hard to say how long it will take, but we are talking about several hundred people.

So, odds are good I have your info. I will be doing the drawings on Monday.
