All my kinnies who logged in yesterday before the game was taken off to fix the RK bug no longer have their valars. A kinnie who did not log in yesterday was granted his as usual once the game reopened today. So this is definitely a bug.

So we shouldn't of had the 120 valar in the first place? I thought it was a tad munifcent to give that away for free frankly?

Not necessarily. Anyone who didn't log in yesterday will still receive it. So it doesn't seem they wanted to take it away from everyone. I really hope they fix it for us who logged in ASAP...

Same for me, I opened the crates yesterday and had plenty.
Today the valars and carry-alls are missing.

I have re logged, and the 120 valar hasn't been reacquired yet I can confirm. Also tried /claim no joy.

With the rollback it seems the problem is that people who logged in YESTERDAY and got the One-time deliveries from the Collector's Editions now are NOT getting them today.

So:

1) Missing the expedition Supplies from the Collector's Editions
2) Missing the Valar 105/120
3) Missing the Small Crafting Carry-all
4) Missing the cool Mordor Alert that says your stuff was delivered to the account/character.

To add to this - I did NOT log on yesterday at all.

Logging in today I received everything as normal except:
-Missing VIP box entirely (yes Im VIP, for a decade now)
-Missing Weapon Aura
-Carry alls are both small instead of 1 small 1 med. So it seems I possibly got just the carry all from the VIP box?

Since Im not under the 'logged in yesterday' umbrella, should I submit a ticket/report or just leave this here?

Anyways, the rewards are amazing, incredibly generous... THANK YOU! The steed is absolutely stunning, I love it. Despite it causing some problems I am very appreciative of the level of generosity this year (with also making so much of the game free!!!) its a great change.

EDIT: I re-logged and everything missing has appeared in my inventory! Hooray!

I'm seeing a variety of things not showing up. On my ftp account (the only one I've logged into so far), I got the 105 and 120 valars, but not the 50. I didn't get a carry all selection box, I got a crafting carry all. And no riding trait at all. I got an anniversary box, but it had only fireworks. Maybe there is another box forthcoming?

It was kind of amusing having to make room for all the goodies, because my sad little ftp inventory bags were already full, and every time I emptied a slot, something new popped in to fill it.

ETA: I also had not logged in yesterday to any of my accounts, or even tried to download the update, so this is my first try.

Man this really sucks to get disappointed with lotro 2 days in a row now , instead of having fun playing the game and doing all the anniversary stuff now I log in and a lot of the cool rewards I got yesterday are nowhere to be seen including the valar and a collectors edition ... you guys can't seem to get it right
