News and Notes:

Housing

• Neighbourhood For Sale signs will now correctly display their address in the French game client.

Events

• The Farmers Faire is now available through August 30th! Get new avatar cosmetics, steed, pet and housing item rewards this year, including a new cosmetic pet for Festivity Tokens. The new items available this Farmers Faire include Green Grocer avatar cosmetics and Steed, cosmetic pet Woodland Hart, Woodland Doe, and Woodland Fawn, and a variety of housing items such as crates of food, bread baskets, and troughs with different contents: empty, with feed, and with water!

Items

• Deed-gated Fall of Khazad-dûm raid gear barter is now available from the Fall of Khazad-dûm Rewards Quartermaster for Embers of Enchantment. Deed-gated cosmetics are also available for Figments of Splendour. With tier 1 raid completion, you may barter for some housing item cosmetics and item level 434 Fall of Khazad-dûm armour. With tier 2 raid completion you may barter for additional cosmetics and the Khazad-dûm's Fall gloves and cloak set items. With tier 3 raid completion, you may barter for the Chest of Durin's Bane housing item and the legendary Khazad-dûm's Fall boots. The gloves and cloak set items are also offered on the tier 3 barter profile at a reduced cost.

Quests and Adventure Areas

• The number of bats and trolls that spawn in Azanulbizar has been increased.
• Difficulty System (Shadowfax and Treebeard): The Champion difficulty title has been changed from 'Apprentice of Blades' to 'Novitiate of Blades' to prevent duplicating a crafting title.
• Fall of Khazad-dûm raid Durin's Bane encounter:
  • Pyroclastic Flow now does Lightning-type damage.
  • Mark of Shadow will now also apply Combat State immunity 2 seconds after the initial effect application.
