Trial crashing on quests?!

Ive managed to get my brother to come try this game and he downloaded the free trial and once he got it all installed every time he tries to do a quest like where the log asks you if you want to continue the quest, he clicks continued and gets tossed out of the game.

Any help would be great.

If he is around level 6 and about to finish the last quest in Archet or Ered Luin, it may be because the download is not finished. Try it again after a couple of hours.
