Help Me PLEASE!

Alright so I downloaded the free trial yesterday and first thing it does is downloads the game (ofcourse) then it says that I have 9 days left. But I had JUST downloaded the game. Then as I'm trying to play, I create my character. Then it gives me the UNAVAILABLE message about not being able to play until I finish downloading the area I am in. I let it sit all night and all day. I come back and decide to uninstall everything and retry it. I start and it will not initialize. I once again delete everything and try again. Now the download manager won't even come up.

What am I to do now?

the Turbine Download Manager is a piece of ****, to put it litely(sp?). Dont know what the problem is but you are better off just downloading the full client, and bypass the TDM all together. You can download it from lotro.com, support, installation, question #1.

There are some major problems with the download manager today. As of the last update about 20 minutes ago they are still fixing it.
