Content Questions -I would really appreciate a Blue Name answer to cut down on rumors

I've seen a lot of speculation about the NEW content for this game, but in all questions and rumors in this section of the forums, I haven't seen a blue name answer. I understand if you all aren't allowed to tell us, and if so, a simple "We can't tell you yet" answer would suffice, as well as being greatly appreciated. Basically, I see rumors that we will get new low level areas as well as end game and mid-game areas. I would like to know what the actual plan is in regards to new content and areas. Will we in fact get new low areas? Or are we just going to get new end game areas? Also, can you deny rumors, even if you can't tell us what will actually be there? Such as the rumor about being able to buy traits or levels. Can you deny or confirm?

They are redoing the starter areas and adding Endwaith area. That is all they have said.

I also thought i read somewhere that it has been confirmed that we will see Isenguard near 2011?

You asked for blue name answers. Try this on what we're getting when Lotro goes F2P (5th paragraph for low level areas answer): http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=335117 A low level area revamp is what they've announced. They've also announced that Enedwaith will be the new high level area.

The threat http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=335135 has been very good at answering questions and documenting their answers with quotations from Blue Folks.

I really wouldn't trust everything I read in the press or pay much attention to rumors coming from other sources, whatever these might be.

I don't know if you classify this as "new" content, but still.

Definate:

At least 1 raid from SOA will be level scalable for end-game raids.

Rumor / Speculation:

JWBarry has been working on that and it will be more than 1. Expect more info in his Dev Diary.

So I will give you some answers. Not detailed and not very specific, but answers.

As has been mentioned, we have already stated that the newbie zones are getting some love. This specifically refers to the tutorial spaces, not new low level areas.

As TTH reported, there are multiple instances being level-scaled and added to Instance Join...it is way more complex than that, but jwbarry and ZombieColumbus (for the rewards have a very good diary coming on that, so I won't spoil the details.

As far as high level region content goes, it's Enedwaith, as announced, and I have an extensive diary coming out on that, so I'm not going to spoil that either.

So, how's that for vagueness? :D

Now that the specifics are taken care of, any chance of getting some SPECS on Enedwaith. Preferably something short, concise and in big font, so I don't need my SPECtacles...

Didn't ZC design the skirmish rewards as well?

I won't go another iteration...but having a rough date in mind is always nice when looking forward to something.

Would be great to have someone who actually plays the game to define the loot tables for these new scalable revamped instances... So the work/effort/time/money doesn't go to waste after a week of non-sense rewards.

With the post-MoM XP curve, if you spent anymore time in Archet you'd be 15 before you got to Combe. :p
