No Reputation TP POINTS?!?!

Wow. I am so angry right now I could just throw my monitor out the window.

On beta, even the last patch, if you logged in, you got the new reputation deeds and the TP's that went along with them.

Logging in just now I got nothing, just the deeds. I spent the last two to three months, hell all summer, getting reputation raised on 9 toons just for this reason alone.

And before anyone replies that I shouldn't rely on Beta to figure whats going Live, You're right, but I think its downright cra$$y not to at least let us know that it wouldn't work that way.

EDIT/APPENDUM: After sitting idle for more than an hour now, my points for my one toon finally showed up. I totaled 4,650 points. Whew. Went on to the next toon and immediately got the points added on. However, on toon #3 and idle for about 30 minutes now and they still haven't showed up. Also can't bring the store up -- "Service Temporarily Unavailable". I guess we all need a little patience.

When i logged on I got a ton of rep deeds completed but didnt receive and turbine points at all. Will they be coming or am I just out of luck.

Its on the known issues thread and on the launcher. You must log into store BEFORE going ito the game on a character to make sure you get the TP for rep deeds.

OK so I got click happy and clicked the wrong button and entered Middle Earth before opening the store like the message said. They said a patch will be released to fix it so should I just go on playing as is or wait? Is there a list that I can sign so my account gets corrected when the fix is applied?

Its a known issue. Was also listed on the launcher to go into dtore before logging in toa character to make sure you get the TP points.

I think the store/point system is overloaded. I have the same problem and I did log into the store before my character.

I logged into the store before I logged any characters on, and still got none.

This just happened to me too, and I DID open the store before logging in... Very annoying... I probably just lost a couple hundred TP off that character...

sooo what if you did not see that announcement beforehand and logged into the game first? when will those points come in now?

I am getting a very weird response on my bonus points.

Started from the character selection screen as stated. Each time I close and open the store from the character screen I get a little bit more of my points. First 5, then 70, 135, 185, 235, 265, etc.

Really, really strange.

Also, when I go to My Account from the store I get a System Unavailable error.

I opened the store from the character selection screen first as well... no points here. None of my retroactive subscriber points either. Were those supposed to be there too?

Hmmm..I guess I am going to hold off on logging in to characters for a bit. Did log into store already at least.

Just adding my voice, here! I had a lot of Rep with a lot of factions, opened the store before logging in, and still didn't receive any of the Turbine Points for the new deeds.

I opened the store before doing anything. I have zero points on 2 lifetime accounts. ????? And yes I have logged in every month on the accounts. So far I am not impressed.

I am afraid to log in to any of my toons. I did enter the LOTRO Store. It says I have 0 points. When I clicked on My Account there, it said "System is not available. Please try again later". Is the points system broken? I don't want to log in to any toon until I know this thing is going to work.

We are aware of the issues and the matter is being investigated.

Yeah I think I'm just going to wait to log on until we get some kind of official assurance that they will be refunded.

I am not getting any of my points :(

I did log into the store before I logged in any characters.

Then I logged into my main (lv 62 Hunter with a decent amount of rep).

I got a lot of deeds completed, but 0 TP for them.

This is utter rubbish.

Seeing as the announcement went up after the servers did, I didn't log into the store first. However, I do have TP slowly trickling in, with my account going up each time I re-open the store. However however, I don't know if those are from rep deeds or just the points I was supposed to get from being a Founder and playing over the summer.

I too am having this problem... i have 2 accounts and neither have points... i went on the store first so what the heck!!!?? it'd be comforting for a turbine rep to post and tell me they will solve this problem..

I clicked on the store icon on the character selection screen on both of my accounts 1 i got 4,000 points the other had 0.

This better get fix for the one that has 0. I followed the instructions so must be another bug.
