Who are QuartermasterC and QuartermasterM?

Is it Clover and Marketroid?

Or are these bound forever to be anonymous posters, like the shadowy LOTROSystems used to deliver bad news?

My guess would be:

Quartermaster Captain
Quartermaster Major

The QuarterMasters are individuals that work on the Store team.

There are many rumors regarding what the letters on the ends of their names stand for, but my personal belief is:

Cool
Magnificent
Lawesome

Hah! We sure do have to hear L's and c's voice to this matter as well. Especially since L is seemingly getting the short end of the stick ... I mean cool, ok, but how does lawsome compare to magnificent ... ?

Cool get's his own smily too! Perhaps M is more likely to be the red smily?

Well, C (or c), M, and L are all Roman numerals -- 100, 1000, and 50, respectively -- so they could represent either rank or the relative expensiveness of the store items in their charge. Or possibly three branches of the military: Land, Sea, and, um, Mare?

Possible, but I think Quartermasterc is just trying to run in stealth mode - QuartermasterL is really a Hobbit, and the L stands for Lil' Awesome... ~OvO~

Another possibility would be Lore-master, Minstrel and Champion/Captain. There's no certainty on the C, so it's lowercase.

After seeing the LOTRO Store advertisings of exclusives that are barterable in game, Nov 31st, and 268% Mount speeds, I have no option but to believe that these are the correct names.

I'm the chief Quartermaster. That's why I get a hyphen. I run the team in charge of the store, pricing, promotions, and email communications among other things. I gotta say, we appreciate the identity speculation, and all of the feedback you've given on the store (good and bad). We listen to it all and often agree with some of the comments.

Except that doesn't crush the military theory (and "crush", a rather militaristic word choice). On land, quartermasters distribute supplies, so G and this role might be Quartermaster General. In Navies, they steer the ship, which isn't necessarily a bad analogy either, if not so literal.

However then is C "captain" as suggested earlier, or "corporal". What letter would a new addition to the team get in this paradigm?

Personally I believe it's most likely were I to join, it would be R, or perhaps even J, for me.

Well at least we now have four quarters.

If they bring out another they'll be giving over 100%! ;)
