Forum issues

First of all, i came to this forum as European player as part of the migration, so that might be the cause of some of the problems i have...

The problems i face on this forum are:

-Sometimes i have to re-enter my account name and password to login, even though i check the box that remembers them (so i don't have to type it again)
This only happens on this forum and on other sites this works.
I use Firefox the latest version.

-Very slow forum, after clicking on a thread it takes ages to open. While on other websites i open pages almost instantly.

-I start the lotro forums from http://my.lotro.com/home/?lang=en_US and sometimes i have to click multiple times on Forums to get there, i assume it's designed to be 1 click so you go there. When i click 1 time it simply refreshes the page i'm on.

-If i go to My Preferences, and click My Character Settings i get an error, a few days ago i could open it, but for some days i can't anymore.

-Mylotro chars doesn't work for me.

Anyone can help me out?

These are known problems we're all having at the moment due to the migration, best to keep checking back and looking on the Dev tracker for any updates/fixes.

These problems were around before the migration

It's something to put up with at the moment, I'm assuming all have the double click to load up the forum, error on mylotro and every so often the constant logging out of account ( I tried to post something the other day, it let me log in, then when I went to post it asked me to log in again, after I did it took me back a page, then I clicked reply it asked me to log in again.. I tried about 5 times then gave up) They are changing things in the background you can now see the names of all your toons, just no information on them, but its a start.

I'd say a lot longer than a moment. This site is a disaster. It's been like this for so long, and I'm not really sure why these issues can't be fixed? I'm sorry, I love Turbine, love the game. However, the site makes me want to throw my computer out across the room.

actually these are known problems since the advent of f2p when they changed the community sites to its present condition.

they have fixed things somewhat, but at close to a year since the change the fact that most issues still exists should speak volumes.

Well I wouldn't have know that I was still using the old CM site until the migration, Oh well lets hope its all sorted soon :)
