Farmers Faire - will there be one this year?

Will there be another one this year, and if yes, when?

I sure hope there is going to be one this year! Last year, this became my new favorite festival.

In another thread (Can we talk about what REALLY matters), Sapience stated the Farmer's faire will be "later this summer" with "slightly less then a month between them".

Last I heard that is supposed to start on the 24th. You'll likely know when it is live by an auto-granted quest that you cannot fully dismiss. If you aren't in the game, you should be able to see the plume of smoke that was the forums before everyone torched them complaining about this quest. :p

Summer Festival should start this Wednesday (July 24). Also, Update 11.2 will go live as well.

Yes, there will be a farmer faire, but it will be towards the end of the summer.

That's good to know, I just realized that there was a festival missing this year, so I started searching around to see if there was any information about it. Glad to hear that I didn't miss it, I have some deeds I wanted to finish this year for the FF. Its also one of my favorite festivals, behind Harvestmath, but tied with Yule festival, I thought it was very well done, last year.

On subject of festivals and dates, and why the FF or Harvestmath are not listed on the Calendar yet... can the web team consider putting the Calendar link under the main "Community" dropdown menu at the very top of the page (next to the LOTRO logo), rather than hiding it among the other tiny little 11px font sized text, in that bitty little menu that its currently buried in?

It seems silly to list dates for FF when we do not have a launch date for 11.3 which includes fixes to this festival.
