Account status problem?
SO far I have not found any quests in the new area (other than epic quests) and the Turbine store wants to sell me Rohan as an expansion even though I pre-ordered it. When I open up the Battle For Helm's Deep panel there is an unlock button that also wants to sell me the expansion I already have. Anybody else seeing something similar?

A few folks on my server (Firefoot) have claimed they couldn't access HD even though they pre-ordered. I suggest trying to contact customer support.

Use the Specific tab of the Instance Finder.

I can get to the battle using ctrl - J, but wasn't seeing any quests being offered. People in regional told me we must do book 11 of the epics quest line before quests show up. THat would explain it.

This is an issue we are currently investigating. In the meantime, you should be able to get there through the Instance Finder.

Having the same problem - pre-purchased the HD expansion, but when I try to launch any HD content (either from the new epic battles launcher or from the instance finder) all I get is the LOTRO Store offering to let me buy the expansion...

I seem to have a similar issue. Store wants to sell me Expansion even though I pre-ordered ages ago (and have been using the goodies that came with the pre order for weeks) - Ctrl + B brings up the Helms Deep tab, but "unlock" is highlighted
I rarely visit my "account page", but I did tonight and its says my subscription is "Free to play", is that what it normally says for a VIP player? Should there be some mention somewhere of the different expansions I have (not only Helms deep, but others I have purchased over the last few years?)
Edit:
OK, discovered that the "My account" link on here takes you to a totally different page that the "My Account" link on the Launcher (which seems a little odd) - The one on the launcher does show me having HD
