What is included in the RoR base edition

I have been thinking about buying the RoR base edition as a Christmas gift. What comes with it?

*Quest Content (Instance Cluster, 400+ quests for levels 75-85)
*Mounted Combat
*Level Cap Increase
*The Steed of the Eastemnet
*& A title "Friend of the Mark"

I thought you could get to level 85 without buying ROR...

You can even get to 95, but then there won't be many quests available without buying xpacs/ quest packs, so it will take a while/ will be enormous mob-kill-grinding

By the way, does Erebor comes with the Quad-Pack or only the East Rohan quests?

Yeah, Erebor comes with the quad-pack.

Isn't there also a skirmish max rank in there aswell?
