I just got back in the game after a few year hiatus, my toon is at lv95 (yeah the raid pre-req is done).
So what is the most efficient way to get seals so I don't have to farm forever for gear (sorry, but with 2 babies, its kinda hard to keep a decent farming schedule).

Skraids are fast and easy you get 6 per run... But if u run a full BG u get 48 I believe
