Update 13 Preliminary Release Notes (P4)

The following release notes are for the Bullroarer public test server only and may not reflect the final list of changes or updates included at release.
These notes are not final and should be viewed as a work in progress and subject to change.

Of Special Note

Addressing new Lootboxes causing inventory overflow on first login post Update 13.
Item rewards from completing Deeds will now go into your pending loot if your inventory is full or if you have the "Always Loot All" option set to off. These rewards are exempt from the maximum size of the pending loot list, but as you acquire future items, they can be knocked out if they are the oldest items in the list. They will expire from pending loot after an hour of game time.

Release Notes

General

Physical and tactical mitigation for heavy armour class characters will cap at 60% (instead of the current 70%).

Classes

Champion

Blood Rage and Continuous Blood Rage now remove disarm effects and Continuous Blood Rage now provides immuntiy to disarm effects for its entire duration.

Guardian

Traits - Demoralizing Anthem causes War-chant to reduce the cooldown of your Block/Parry Response skills so long as you have Protection on an ally.

Minstrel

Call of Earendil will now see a cooldown reduction when the Haste trait is active and Ballads are used.

Warden

Shattered Javelins trait will now work against monster players in the Ettenmoors.
Defiance Buff should now activate if it targets a monsterplayer.

The Ettenmoors

Resolved and issue with the tooltips of the level 95 Freep armour that was causing the 4 set bonus to be missing from the tooltip of certain gear sets.
Monsterplayer's auto-attacks deal Fellwrought or Orccraft instead of Common.
Fixed a variety of skills who were missing Orcraft damage and were dealing common still.
Black Arrow's Enhanced Deathblossom now has a 3 second grace period on its snare. This fixing an issue with the damage from the skill cancelling it immediately.
BullRoarer only: Lowered the Critical defence and Armour of Monsterplayer core virtues. These were a too high during the first pass of changes and were pushing monsterplayers beyond their caps.
BullRoarer Only: Rebalanced the stat distribution on level scaled ettenmoors gear to reduce the amount of finesse given out.

Epic Battles, Raids, Instances, & Skirmishes

Epic Battle Rewards

Epic Rings, Bracelets, and Earrings will now have a chance of being awarded for Platinum rewards. For U13, Epic Pocket Items and Necklaces will no longer be awarded.

Deeping Wall - Raid - Securing the Culvert

Quest should complete successfully if multiple rocks drop simultaneously when finishing the secondary

Glittering Caves - Solo/3 Man

Fixed typos in Spider Assault quest

User Interface

You can no longer delete items that cannot be destroyed from the vault UI.

Items

Re-statting "The Skilled Vanguard's Enduring Ring" to have evade instead of block and "The Master Engineer's Enduring Necklace" to have crit defence instead of block
Package items of all kinds can now be deleted from inventory without first opening them. The cooldown time for opening.
All Heritage Runes now stack to 200

Graphics & FXs

Fixed a number of javelins that were appearing in both hands and using the wrong stance animation

Quests

Bullroarer Only: Polish and fixes for Flooded Isengard.
Bullroarer Only: Grawulun the Caerog's AI adjusted slightly so he's less likely to lose sight of the player.
Bullroarer Only: Polish tweaks for Interludes in Book 14.
Bullroarer Only: Polish tweaks and adjustments for III.14.2
