Granted I'm only lvl 30 but I have all crafts guilds & maxed. I would have thought that devs would have taken some stats (or added some new pieces) to account for Beornings. Even looking ahead to some higher end guilded weapons, armour & jewellery there are still stats w/ +217 Might & 175 ICPR. Any end game LI info?
End game it's pretty okay. Sitting on 3,5k'ish Might atm and 1,6k'ish agility. More than enough. Agility ain't that bad, just doesn't give Tact mastery, if you're going for healing.Quote:

Every other Class used to have multiple stats for different purposes and it was a mess, and there was a major update which changed all of that so that each Class had just a single primary stat. ie: Captains used to need Might for physical skills/dps, but Will for tactical/healing... and it was changed so Might now covers all of those things. Wardens were for a long time some confused mix of different stats, but finally were resolved to a proper primary stat. Every Class got this fix, and was given one primary stat to rule them all, as it were : )
It makes no sense to reintroduce the old problems and make Beornings need Might, Agility, and Fate : P It should be just Might or Agility, and definitely not Fate.
We've been slowly adding the locations of the lvl 30 Medium Might armour boxes to the wiki.

100% agree with this. Could go into details, but im sure everyone is having a pain trying to figure out best way to set up their guy: do i go with stacking agility to help cap crit, get almost = phys mastery, and of course evade as our class essense depends on that stat...(also necessary to maximise this if you tank as we dont block); do i stack might which is the class 'main' stat (for 8 pm + parry), despite medium armor in DA still having only agility option on the 4 piece essence gear. Or do i just say to heck with it and stack phys mastery (which then has no benefit to my healing or anything else outside of red line). Or do some complex balancing act of trying to mix all this into one set up.... or make 5 different sets of gear...Quote:

I'm glad to see so many medium might armor sets for them to level with, if they do the quests to earn them.
When I think of bears and Beorn I think of strong, 'mighty' creatures not nimble 'agile' ones. Aside from the practicalities of it, Beornings should clearly be a might based class.Quote:

I realize not everyone trys to Min/Max, and yes, the overall impact in the end can be debated, but difference between stacking say, just agility essence vs mastery essence is 10k Physical Mastery. Sounds great, def go mastery if you are redline, ok, now you want to heal, well, to get tact mastery, you need to stack might. Ok great, now you want to go blue, guess what, you need to get that evade up as you cant block, so now you are stacking agility while still trying to balance in some morale (assumed you probably have 1-2 pieces for each set with mits/crit def for when the occasion calls). Each priority depends on spec you want to play, and its a big enough difference to warrant 3 completely different sets of gear depending on trait line. Compare this to any other class, that can swap 1-2 pieces of gear to go from dps to tank or to heals.Quote:

with the insane drop rate of essences of all types in big battles now, building essence gear is a small grind, imo.
I have a supreme Master blah blah Westfold Tailor & it appears a HUGE gap after L42 in medium armor +Might...
It almost feels like they rushed in some Med +Might armor for the early game and plan on getting back later to complete... the problem is a lot of Beornings are now surpassing the last crafted +Might medium...
And maybe I'm blind but it appears NO guild Armor is + Might & my craftsman vendor doesn't appear to offer any recipes?
So premium crafted medium armor has none atall?
There are reinforced armor boxes containing medium armour beorning quest rewards for all the way through lvl 70. It is possible many of those are not attached to quests yet after lvl 35.
As far as crafting recipes, turbine didn't add the new might outputs to guild recipes.
They ARE in the one-off (single-use) recipes for lvl 85 and 95.
Check all your one-off recipes (non-guild) for new outputs.
We still need, I think, to see an adjustment so it's not also about Agility so much as it is, and more clearly focused on Might as our single primary stat.
And for sure out Tactical skills need to be based off our Might too, not on some other stat.
There are quest rewards of the same throughout Moria. Although I'm level 54 at the moment and have had 2 boxes sitting in my bags for the past 2 levels that are Minimum Level 55... so that's kind of annoying. The rewards from the V2 Epic quests are still pretty good and are just as good (or better) than crafted anyway.Quote:
