Battle states duration bug

Hi, I'd just like to check with you guys if this is a known bug.

I've realized recently upon installing buffbars, that even though our battle states are displayed as 15s instead of 10s now due to the removal of the legacy that extends them, their effects still only last the first 10s, e.g. after the first 10s of battle-hardened after using pressing attack, on the 11th second I can no longer use Blade of Elendil.

This seems like a pretty serious disadvantage to me, because my rotation with the new battle states legacies revolves around keeping these states active for 90% of the time. Please do help to /bug this, so that with enough reports the fix will be included in U16.1

Does anyone know if the Epic Battles set faces this problem too, i.e. ineffective extension of battle state duration?

The Epic Battles set extends it 5s, but it has the same bug of displaying the buff for 5 more seconds than you actually have it.
(The buff is displayed for 20s, but it only unlocks Blade of Elendil for 15s.)

Than it´s obviously a bug. Without the Big Battle set bonus, our defeat response duration was set to a base rating of 15 seconds. So you should be able to use blade of elendil after a dev blow for 15 seconds (without any big battle stuff !) (and with big battle stuff 20 seconds !)

I didn´t notice it, but I will look into it later this day

Yeah it´s buggy... 15 seconds battle hardened... but only 10 seconds to use blade of elendil

same goes for battle readied and PA/DB

the defeat response is still displayed as 8 seconds, but works correctly for 15 seconds

BUT (!): When I use an increase to the defeat/state durtaion like the BB Jewellry or the new Osgiliath Charge 2-pieces bonus... it works for 15 seconds (instead of 20)... so the problem is just for the base duration

By the way, do the BB jewelry and Osgiliarth Charge 2-piece bonus stack? i.e. can it become 25s?

yep

but imo more than the basic 15 seconds doen´t make much sense... you don´t have enough skills to use in these 15 seconds :P and if you wait for cooldowns you will overall loose dps instead of increasing it with the buffs... so the buffs are mostly good to increase your main damage skills (DB and SL as well as your bleeds)
