It should direct you to https://myaccount.turbine.com/index.php where you login with your credentials (same as the game) and do the upgrade from there?

Make a Ticket via support.turbine.com, if in the US, call them.
That is the best, and perhaps the only, way to get them to handle it properly.
My daughter is having the same issue. Has it been resolved yet for anyone else?
i had no problems paying(i used FF) i just needed to update my CC details
My personal experience is that Turbines wouldnt process money trades during the weekend because there is nobody at the office but those assign to emergency calls. Do you have a script blocker active, such as No Script or Norton set to high security, or web safe, or a similar program... These types of plugins/programs can and do stop Java Script from running.
Also, have you enabled popup windows for selected sites such as Turbine and so forth?
I made sure my blockers were off, tried a browser that doesn't have any, & I still can't get it through (though that did fix the issue of menus)
I wanted to pay another month of VIP today cause it runs out tommorow but I can't get past. When I login it shows the Active Product Key page and nothing else. Never seen anything like that before.
So is anyone contacting Turbine about it because you can sit here and type for days and weeks and unless
Turbine discovers it by themselves they will never know that some of you have issues with this....

I know someone with this issue too.
they paid a months sub, the next months sub was taken out automatically, then the month after it wasn't, then this week they went to pay for a month and couldn't.
Im still getting this bad page. ANy fixes out there?

In Chrome it says "Could not open socket"
I just checked it out in Opera and am receiving the same problem. However, I shan't be submitting a ticket because I'm not trying to upgrade my account at this time. Just adding a "Me, too" to the thread. If the problem still exists next week without an explanation then I'll submit a ticket and/or call.

Frelorn - i've tried to update my payment info today and it won't let me. I cannot add a new card, or switch to PayPal.
I have always been VIP, so there are a lot of regions I have never bought with TP, I also like to PvP. I have raised a ticket, really hoping it gets sorted before the weekend otherwise my options are very limited.
