As you've disappointed your EU players greatly with regards to moving the servers, can we finally start talking about Update 18? Please don't say that everyone is too busy working on improving latency/the servers/etc., as I'm sure members of staff such as those who write the stories, or manage the community, don't have a great deal to do with fixing the problems that we've been having recently.
Give us teasers about U18, talk about the upcoming raid and instance cluster, discuss the regions that we might visit, or how the epic might develop... because if you don't promise new and exciting things, then this news about Amsterdam is going to see you lose a large chunk of your EU playerbase, who've been holding out for something good, and have just been gravely disappointed.
