It means bug fixing.
Thread title is disappointing clickbait though. :P
Still, been poking and prodding for updates on when Beorning will see some changes for months and this has been the message I have gotten every time. Fix some bugs first, then maybe tweak it.
Whilst the class is buggy...those bugs aren't the reason the class is so weak at end-game. The threads on trait trees/legacies go over a lot of that in detail and those factors are more relevant than the majority of the bugs on the list.
The short answer is - I don't know what the specifics will be, but the general gist is to improve Beornings both through bug-fixes and through general enhancements, as they are broadly perceived to be under-powered in their intended roles. If time allows we'd even like to refine some of their class mechanics.
It's going to be a little while as we have a lot going on in terms of systems to try and improve a lot of the underlying layers of bean-dip that make it more difficult than it should be to update classes and do essential game balance passes - but the Beornings do have some specific time set aside in our current development schedule to be addressed.

Hey Vastin, great to see you chime in.
If you want to see what is wrong with the Bear check out Joedangod's Beorning threads (he will prob link those himself). Great analysis what is wrong with the class.
Few things I always consider be lacking/problematic on my beorning:
- Legacies: lacking many yellow/blue options here, for example sprint and thickened hide CD legacies should absolutely be on imbued weapons
- Slow animation times on wrath generation skills, leading you to be locked on animations for really long time
- Back and forth form swapping is required to do too frequent imo, would be great if few debuff/buff times would be a bit longer
Of course there are magnitude of skill problems but there are some major fatal problems even on mechanical level, like unability to block or compensation to this inability (like really high partial chance).
Thanks for saying something in the Bear forums, too often feels like this area gets ignored entirely. :)
As Siiperi said, the majority of issues seem to be mechanical. Whilst certain bugs do harm the Beornings ability to perform in groups these bugs are relatively few (the rez being the only huge offender here). You've probably seen the feedback threads I have been posting (with some input from another Beorning: Morphails), I'll link them again here anyway:

We'd very much appreciate further updates on the class changes as you reach the point where you feel comfortable tackling those aspects.
Cool. Looks like you've put a lot of thought into the matter, so I'll definitely take some time to look over some of this before I go mucking about with the Beornings. ;)
The one thing I have had a chance to do is go in and back-fill a lot of the missing itemization in older content - various boss chests and drop lists and so on that didn't have anything for the class, or dropped nothing but class inappropriate gear. It was definitely something of a 'color by the numbers' exercise rather than a careful gear customization pass, but I hope it will be an improvement for anyone leveling up a new Beorning and running old instances along the way.
Given all the problems the Beorning has at the moment, is it even worth leveling one???
