Red Tree DPS Beorning (Ninja Nerf?)

I suppose I'm looking for feedback to see if anyone else has noticed a significant drop on dps with Red tree Beorning.

One of the most obvious issues is the drop in damage coming from Execute skill in bear form. Prior to Update 22, I regularly was getting 70k to 85k damage using Execute on level 115 mobs. After Update 22 the highest I've seen is about 55k. However, damage, on average, from this skill seems to be much lower. I did some testing on level 112 mobs and over 75% of the Execute skills were bpe'd. Granted, I only have 77k finesse (a little over 17%)....but these are under level mobs. Additionally, non-bpe'd hits averaged about 20k damage (I repeat: on level 112 mobs).

I don't think I'm imagining this difference in damage. Anyone else seeing this?
