Currently unable to access BR, but I just wanna say thank you to cutting back all freep DPS, long time overdue.
However, the creep morale changes, were they really needed? Creeps are quite underpowered and I imagine situation won't change that much with this.
Thank you for fixing the Warden's skills stacking when multiple wardens for light DOTS! This was always a frustration to me over the years. Looking forward to testing it once I finish downloading/can log in.
I think with "monsters" they mean landscape mobs, not creeps. So they decrease DPS and landscape mob morale.Quote:

I have "Motes of Enchantment" (previously known as Ashes of Enchantment & carried forward) in wallet, but cannot trade for the above items.
Is this because a different type of ash is planned, barter is broken or because even though it doesn't say additional rep tiers (Respected/Celebrated/Honoured) are needed?
Alternatively it could be because I am level 115 and perhaps need to be level 120 to barter? Clarification would be nice.
it would be nice to know what the new caps are on states as i see it i used to need 100k+ finesse on rk now i only really need about 17-20k

Seems like barterer is broken , i tavern levelled to 120 and got kindred rep with grey mountains ( only one you can tavern get atm ) and still can't barter with capped motes.Quote:

There are 2 new lootboxes , 1 for level 1-115 and 1 for level 116-120 and hundreds of new scalable gear items.
So pay to win spreads among all levels.
Also , there are morale and power pots in the database that heal for 30%-50%-70%. They look like store pots but they are not added on the store yet.
I also saw some bubble pots added on the store.
This p2w was already out of hand but now its totally insane.
Also , there is no essence crafting option at the moment. Not sure if they add it or not , but currently you can only get purple essences by random drops and teal essences with the new version of ASH ( assuming barterer gets fixed ).
The patch notes look great but the reality is sad A F.
Back to WoW i guess , all hope is lost for me.
I was really excited to explore this beta build , but now i am just sad i missed a levelling afternoon.
It seems they combined 1-114 and the 115. What's wrong with this decision? Maybe you can open the boxes with one key? Don't get your message on this.Quote:

Feedback for stat changes and scaling:
While i can understand and support most of the Changs to lv115-120 Chars on lower Levels the stat changes are broken.
My lv75 char does 50-70% more dps,he got every single stat capped/overcapped without even trying. but:lv75 Content got is way easier now,raid bosses in orthanc got their Moral reduced for like 30-50%.
Thats not how it should be!
Next to that i dont support more p2win on Level cap.
Remove ash,remove lootboxes and do a usefull itemisation over solo Content,then 3mans,6mans and the raid.
Simly stop the p2win!
I am still waiting for class changes, specially for rk. Do you really wanna release a full update with raid and stuff with not touching rks in their current state?
Maybe because they are meant to be drakes and wyrms? (considered Dragon-kin but not full dragons). Hrimil and Etterfang seem to be the only *actual* dragons in the new zone, with Hrimil being kept for the raid (I assume).Quote:

My feedback for U23:
First of all I just wanna point out: Chest lock on 3/6 man instances must be removed for the next instance cluster.
We were promised new itemization and not the mordor pay to win system all over again. You created literally the same gear you did in mordor and pretty much the same loot in those instances.
Regarding instances:
I have done both 3 mans and 6man, I can't really judge difficulty because it's T1 and it does not have any mechanics but you should focus on that. These instances are clearly no where near done, people want smart mechanics and cool itemization, not what is currently on bullroarer atm.
- Remove pay to win aspect from gear
- Fix the instances (mechanics/bosses/loot)
- Remove cooldown on chests from 3mans and 6mans.
This must be addressed and changed.
DEVS- Please allow us to buy 120 highest tier essences, instance gear and teal/golden gear/jewelry. We cant really test if the current level scaling rating system is balanced or not because there is such a huge gap in between quest gear and instance gear Thanks

Currently on BR on a Guardian having 187.5k physical mitigation rating gives me 60% physical mitigation, the disminishing returns are insane.
This is not even the cap and then there is another 11.5k t2 penetration to add on top of that.
Is this broken or intended?

*I would also like to point out that currently in this build the only way to get teal essence boxes is by purchasing them for 500 ash. (Vendor is broken atm though, can't buy it)
*I seriusly hope we will take a different direction with the p2w lootbox/key gearing-progression system.
*Its fine if there are lootboxes, but please don't make it the optimal way to gear our characters.
*I would highly recommend introducing crafting recipes for essences aswell, so that atleast people that don't buy keys can craft essences aswell.
*Even if there is a daily quest like Mordor where you can earn keyfragments, please consider making keys & lootboxes not the optimal path to gear our characters.
