Minstrel LI runes help

Hi I have not completed the raid so cant get the best runes unfortunately.

So I have currently....
Incompareable rune of binding in my healing book
Last alliance rune of healing in my heal weapon

But my DPS weapon i have two choices available to me
Rare vanguard rune of enchantment
or
Rare vanguard rune of striking

Please advise if there is anything im missing and which rune for my dps weapon

For your DPS weapon, you'll want an Incomparable Rune of Enchantment. This affects Tactical Damage, whereas the Rune of Striking affects Physical Damage.

I take this topic to say that there is no rune 120 !

Maybe with the next raid ?

Thanks for this...have been using the wrong rune for dps.

Where can i obtain the incompareable enchantment rune...must i really venture back into cos..or can i barter for ash ?

Ash no, but you can watch the AH. Whole not many are off in the right raids to earn these, there are a few hearty adventurers putting them up for sale on occasion.

Side note: has the Raiding community discovered an equivalent to Vanguard runes in the current cluster?
